This design was based upon the clients wish to create a visual boundary between two areas of lawn, with the potential for climbing roses to easily grow through the trelliswork: softening the division in time. In order to improve the visual appeal, the top section was curved and chamfered, Pressure treated timber was used throughout, with a bitumen protective coating below ground.
