Wine Racks
Solid Oak Wine Rack
This design is entirely driven by the typical size of a wine bottle. After exhaustive research, I settled on a modular design that allowed units to be either five bottles wide, or in a crossed box format, to accommodate six bottles per section. This approach also allowed for much easier delivery and installation. Complemented by the oak framed push release glazed doors and LED lighting, the overall effect is I think you will agree, extremely impressive.

Oak Finished Wine Rack
Whilst being based on a familiar modular design, this project had complications. The existing cupboard had to be removed, the resultant void lined, plastered, painted and floored prior to installation - around the existing gas meter. The standard module sizing had to be adjusted slightly in order to accommodate the fixed position of the meter, ease of access / reading of the meter and the visual desire to have the glass door framework obscure the meter access when closed. All aspects were initially drawn in CAD, then constructed in 18mm birch ply faced with oak veneer on edge, finished off with solid oak frame toughened glass doors and LED lighting.
